You’re probably here because I wrote for Blood Pact on WoW Insider.

While the column is over now due to budget stuff, I’m still playing my warlock and I’m still interested in spewing my opinion about warlocks to the greater masses. For the end of Mists of Pandaria, I’ll refer new warlocks to the stuff I wrote in Blood Pact, since I can’t & shouldn’t replicate it elsewhere. You might want to start here:

You can go into Blood Pact’s archives, see my favorite posts, or just wait around until I do a summary of my reign as Blood Pact author (if I ever do it).

For now, I don’t really have any new posts here at FC (short for Fel Concentration) to show off. Most of the posts here at FC were before I starting writing for WoW Insider. They make me cringe a little because I happened to learn a lot about writing on the internet while I was at WI. If you want to read FC before 2014, you can look at the archives or simply browse the Uncategorized category tag. This site will shift around as I remake it for blogging on my own in Warlords of Draenor.

If you’re an old reader of Blood Pact or even FC from before, thanks for sticking around.

I hope both old & new readers will find my future content worth it.

  1. Keep swimming Megan! Your articles were a blast, even for a hunter main like me. Should I say my favorites? Both your “To summon or not to summon” and “Kanrethad’s defeat” were the best for me.

  2. Hi Megan! I followed you here from WoW Insider. I was just getting into my Warlock, and your advice has been invaluable. I’ll continue to follow you here as well! Thanks for sticking around!

I was hoping at some point there’d be a “how not to fail at Destro AoE” post on WI… so if one of those happened to show up here instead you’d have my rapt attention. 🙂

(basically, I’m missing the intermediate steps between “I’m a moron” (my current state) and “I’m a god”, where I’m theoretically using RoF, F&B and H perfectly every time, plus whatever else it is that gods do… what’s the best way to slowly, incrementally, get from 1 to 10 on the scale?)

Also, not sure if it’s just me (see “I’m a moron” comment above) but your homepage main page is always this “Welcome” page rather than the more recent posts and aside from going into Archives I can’t figure out how to get to the newer stuff.

    1. Recent posts are on the side bar, just below my RSS button & Creative Commons badge.

I have the Welcome post up because I don’t have that many new posts, so I feel like posting most recent posts wouldn’t show off my return to this site very well.
